Growing up in the dance industry and training with The Royal Ballet School for 8 years, I was exposed to unrealistic body standards and pressures, which spiralled into a complex eating disorder, consuming my teens and early twenties. My life was controlled by restricting my food, over exercising, obsessing over calories and numbers, weighing myself and striving to be as small as I could be.
I felt like I never had that role model to look up to that represented strength, power and athleticism and one day something switched in me to become her. I was tired of shrinking myself. I am now the strongest, fittest and most confident I have ever been. I train to challenge my body in different ways and eat to fuel my performance being the athlete that I am. I no longer chase being the smallest ... but the strongest, most powerful and resilient version of myself.
My mission is to help as many women as I can heal their relationship with food and their bodies. To become the strongest and most powerful version of themselves both mentally and physically. To find balance, to find confidence and most importantly to find happiness. I stand as a role model to all women to choose strength, to break stereotypes and to show up as her.
